What is the class cancellation and refund policy?

 Due to the limited size of this class, there is a no refund policy. You can however, transfer your spot. We will not coordinate or be responsible for any transfers.

Can I take photos or record videos during the class?

No, due to the sensitive nature of this course we would like to keep the photos and video out of the studio to foster a sense of safety.

Do I have to attend every class?

Yes. Every class is very important and will teach you a different aspect of the art or business. Missed classes cannot be made up. If you know prior to the start of the course that you may have to miss a specific date please let us know and we will work with you.

Will there be opportunities for individualized feedback and coaching?

Yes! We will be pairing each student up with one of our expert instructors to help guide you through your act creation and showcase performance.

Can I continue with more advanced classes after completing the beginner level 6-week course?

Yes, we have an intermediate level course that is scheduled to be released Summer 2024. Alternatively, our instructors also offer private 1:1 lessons at all skill levels.

Is there a dress code for the performance?

No, there is not a specific dress code but in addition to your costume you will also need a robe or other garment to wear for curtain call. 

How can I prepare for my first class?

Read the welcome flyer that you will be sent after registration. Follow our tips and tricks there and you will be ready to GO!

Is it okay to bring a friend to class with me?

 Due to the nature of this course all classes are closed to the public.

Are there opportunities to perform in front of an audience after the course?

YES! DFW has a large number of shows that you can audition for using the video that you receive of your performance. At time, we do invite former graduates to perform in graduation showcases as well.

How can I improve my confidence and stage presence?

Never fear! Our experienced instructors will be covering this and so much more in class
